  1. Check your email for instructions to generate your password.  The email will come from a or alias, but the true domain origination is <>. If you have not received your e-mail, check the spam folder or with your IT administrator to see if the e-mail is blocked.

  3. Enter the new password twice.  The initial field and the confirmation field.
